I agree with Kacey23 in that eating healthy and exercising will help. (BTW, Kacey23’s pics are inspirational.) Like Kacey23, I had a c-section this past May and started exercising in early July. My weight and “Mommy Tummy” are definitely decreasing. I’m not
dieting. I’m just watching my portion sizes, drinking water, keeping sweets to a minimum, and eating much fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meats and low-
fat dairy. For exercise, I walk or follow a post-pregnancy exercise video. I exercise 5 days a week. There are post-pregnancy exercise videos you can buy or rent on Netflix to retrain your
stomach muscles. (Erin O’Brien’s Postnatal Rescue and Jennifer Gianni’s Fusion
Pilates for Post-Pregnancy Recovery come to mind.)
