Mum to be

If you are a mum to be, or given birth dont worry you can lose weight really easily, and safely. I just want to warn people that those low calorie diets are not the way to go if you want long term weightloss.

I was once a mum and I was really unhappy with my body after birth. I went ona low calorie diet and guess what i lose the weight but only to regain it bsaically straight away. If you want long term weight loss stick to healthier foods, and do exercise.

Hope this helps anyone, and if you want some help with losing weight after birth, feel free to ask!

Thanks everyone, I've got so much to talk about and I'll answer your questions!
