I am a new mom, just about to start my
weight loss journey. I hope to learn from the success stories here and to inspire others to remain focussed.
Background:
Pre-preg weight : 145
pounds
Weight now: 160
Target: 145
Long Term Target: 135
My baby is 4.5 months old. Apart from losing weight, I need (badly) to tone up, esp my
abs.
I plan to cut down on
calories big time but eat good food till i'm full. My office has a huge campus and a beautiful
gym& sauna..So I plan to alternate between working in the
gym and walking in the fresh air. I'm buying power
yoga CD today. My husband and I will work out together in the evening.
