I know that's a weird topic, but I really do need some help. I am a relatively new mom and I have lost over 33lbs in baby weight in the last 7 months without working out, but now I want to start working out and I realized I'm not prepared. Right now, all I am able to do is some light yoga and walking. I would like to do more strenuous excercise, but I'm not able to with a really good supportive sports bra. Most of the sports bras out here are seriously lacking in support. I can't be the only person out there with this problem... If I'm posting this in the wrong forum, please let me know. I thought since this is the new mom's forum, you probably have the same problem I do.
Thanks!

i'm not a new mom, but i used to have an issue with sports bras not having enough support. i have a few nike ones that are supportive, but also can be pricey. my favorites are just hanes sports ones from wal-mart...i think they come in a pack of two or three.

hi
It really just depends on the size you are in that area. I'm a 48dd and have to buy my sports bras from lane bryant or jms.com they have some good ones too. Oh yeah i'm also a new mom sort of. i have a 4 1/2 year old and a 4 month old. both boys so yeah and if your nursing its even more essential to have a good supportive sports bra.
