help!

I am not a mom i just had my 2nd little one two weeks ago both natural so my question is the loose skin i keep seeing everyone saying that plastic surgery is the only way to get it gone but yeah financially it is not an option are there any natural ways to not completely get it gone but make it not look so bad? any advice or info would be great.

I am so tired of hearing about how post baby ‘lose skin’ can only go away with plastic surgery. No that is not the only way for it to go away. With some hard work, determination and good healthy eating that skin will shrink before your eyes.

Exercise combined with good eating habits helps the elasticity in your skin shrink.

I have posted these in the photo area but thought I would post them here since my weight loss was all based on losing the baby weight I gained after having my son. I gained 80lbs with him. He was born February 21, 2008 and since about May 2008 I have lost 88lbs. It's not going to happen over night, but with time it will. Just be patient and stay focused.
