Hi ladies,

I'd like to introduce myself. I am 34 years old with 3 beautiful children all under the age of 5. I have about 56 lbs to lose. I've been lurking around this site & it has motivated me. I'm ready to shed this weight. I'm looking for constructive criticism & lots & lots of support. I'm always putting the family in front of my needs & I've come to realize that it's not asking too much if I need some time to workout. I'd love to have you ladies remind me of that.

It's so easy to get side tracked. I'll grab my gear to go & workout & my hubby will decide he wants to go play soccer or my eldest insists that her fish is dead & wants me to prepare a funeral service befitting the Queen. No joke.

I need to be accountable & I hope by joining you ladies here and setting myself up on Fitday. I'll be 56 lbs lighter in no time.
