I am having the hardest time trying to be motivated to lose the last 15lbs of baby weight! I was already 10lbs over my ideal weight when I got pregnant so this puts me at a 25lb overage. My baby is almost 7 mos old and I thought Id have it off by now, but no such luck. I am no longer breastfeeding so I am sure I can get to work now, but I cannot find the motivation! I never thought this would be so hard, and it is really bothering me now!! AHHHHH!!!

Sorry that you have no motivation. There really is no [good] advice to give to someone struggling with motivation issues. The only thing I can say is that if losing the weight is something you really want then you will do whatever it is you have to do to achieve that goal.
