Wow! You're doing great. 30 minutes three times a day is a lot of
energy. I have a 16-month-old and I don't have that much
energy.
I do jog with her in her jogging stroller each morning. It's great for both of us to get out and get fresh air. I'm very happy with the results from the jogging enough that I created a website
JOGGING, WEIGHT LOSS ONE STEP AT A TIME.. I've lost a total of 73
pounds (63 from being pregnant and 10 from my pre-pregnancy weight).
Any exercise you can do to keep yourself fit for you and your children is excellent.
