Darling, i just want to say i understand!
My Boy is 11 months and i had a baby 6 days ago and i cant wait to lose this weight but i dont know where ill get the time or motavation (or energy for that matter).
Somethings i will try that might help you:
*Drink water and plenty of it.
*Try to get out for a walk everyday (great for the children and for us adults).
*Try to meal plan HEALTY meals.
*Have fun with the children outside (excersise and fresh air can do wonders).
*Have HEALTHY snacks on hand.
Other then this i dont know what else to try but hope that helps or even just knowng someone else understands.
Take care and you will get there, it just takes time.
BTW im 21, 5'7 and 106 KG (233.2 pounds)
