starting weight: 205
current weight: 200ish
goal weight: 160
age: 17 and 1/4 :P
home: Texas! yeeee haw!
Exercise: depends on the day. I ran .10th of a mile today, but yesterday and the day before I did .50, including weights, sit ups, push ups, and windmills.
calories: I don't count them anymore. Hopefully somewhere between 1500 and 1200.

Just registered at this site today. Here are my stats

height: 5'5"
weight: 168.2 lbs.
age: 29
goal: 130 lbs.
kids: 0
location: Boston, MA
exercise: Bike to and from work (1hr 8.62 miles total per day) 5 days a week- 20 min Arc Trainer (Eliptical) 10% incline 40# resistance. Strength alternate upper and lower body daily plus abs. 20 min p.m. yoga
calories: six mini meals about 1200 total (give or take a few per day)

not too impressive since im only 10 pounds less since february

Weight: 138
goal: 125
kids : boy/girl twins age 4, and a boy age 5
age: 33
home: philly burbs
Exercise : 30 minutes a day cardio, but this changes week to week
calories: 1200
and of course a buttload of water daily!

oh boy here goes

Height-5'2
Age-24
Weight- 155lbs
Calories/day- 800-1200
Goal- 115
kids- 3 yr old, 8 mo old twin girls, 2 step daughters ages 12 & 13
exercises- about an hour in a week lol plus household chores and chasing after 3 yr old


I was on the Depo shot after the first 6 wks of having the twins. During the 6 weeks, I had lost 10 lbs. After the depo, gained back 15. Now I weigh more than I ever have. I had been over weight from the ages 10 - 15 and then lost it all by the time I was 16. (weighed 111 lbs) First child at 21, lost all baby weight in 6 mo. Twins and depo have filled me out really good.
I read online that it may take 3-6 months off the depo shot before all effects were off. Just dandy. lol
Tired of wearing hubby's clothes because I refuse to buy clothes that fit my plump body.
Been trying to lose weight for 6 mo, and have not dropped a pound. But, on the bright side, haven't gained a pound either.

exercise: started jogging about 35 minutes 4 days a week
calories: about 1200 per day

After having my son I weighed pretty much the same as my pre-pregnancy weight (105lbs) after having my son - (110lbs), I worked out alot and was really fit. After I had my daughter I just couldn't seem to get the weight off... I've fluctuated between 125 & 135... I don't exercise alot as I work full time/raise 2 kids, but that's changing... started up jogging again, was doing it for a while back but stopped. My plan is a high protein, low carb diet... so freakin determined to lose this weight!!!!!!!!!!!

When Starting my new lifestyle chance this time around I weighed 220 and I want to be a healthy mom to my little girls so it was time to do something about it. Im so glad I did.

Hey all!

This is my first forum ever, and I'm really glad to have found you all. I'm unfamiliar with forum etiquette, so If I aggravate or offend, please know it's not intentional. And, don't hesitate to correct my errant ways =)

Age: 35
Height: 5'8"
Weight: around 175 lbs
Kids: one year old Wonder-Twins.
Goal weight: If my body is toned and not the gelatinous mass it is currently, I don't care how much I weigh.
Job: Sleep deprived mother/Massage therapist

I was the healthiest I've ever been during my pregnancy. Recovered quickly from my C-section and was back to my pre-pregnancy weight two weeks after my babies were born. Since then, my good eating habits have gone down the toilet and regular exercise is a distant memory. As is my self-care and self-esteem. I'm keeping on top of everything else, but I've veered way off track personally. Trying to find my way back.

okay.. here goes..

Height: 5'4
Peak weight at 9 months preggy: 200!
Weight 9 months after...:180
Goal weight: 135
Exercise: baby pilates (yes thats a real thing, but not enough! buying an eliptical...)
Food: LA weight loss diet (slightly modified.. I used to work there, now I just do the diet from home)

GOAL: GET BACK IN MY SIZE 6 JEANS! (cuz im sick of buying sizes I dont WANT to buy!!)

exercise: tae-boxing when I get the okay from the MW

I was 112lbs before kids, but that seems impossible now. Really, I just wanna lose my jelly belly. Sadly, I think a lot of it is excess skin. My son was 9lbs 15oz, so you can imagine how big I got. I went from 27" to 44". That's over a foot and a half gained in circumfrense.
