Does chasing 2 kids around all day and cleaning house count as exercise?LOL
This would be great to check in every week to see everyones progress. Also help each other with support during the week if needed. I was apart of a group like that before with my daughter and went from 150 to 120 in about 4-5 months. It was great. Good Luck to everyone!

Well I thought about not posting here...everyone's weight is so light compared to mine. Then I figured hmmm it couldn't do me any harm...so here goes...

Location: Elkhart, Indiana Calories: Somewhere between 1200 to 1500 a day.
Exercise: Still working on this ONE! Goal: Get in 3 days Weights/Toneing and a little cardio 6 days a week.

Seeing my stats on paper isnt always fun for me,..but hey,..
Height 5' 9" age: 39 start Weight: 280 current weight: 221 goal weight: get my BMI in the normal range (169 lbs is the highest) than I will go from there excersize: min 4 times a week at gym, 45 cardio, 1/2 hour strength training calories: around 1200 to 1500, three small meals and two to three small snacks and water water water all day kids: three girls 2,5,10 location: Vancouver canada Motivators: being here, feeling healthier, beginning to see a change Personal goals: striving for balance, hit 40 with a slammin body

I've been searching for this kind of thing. I too think it will help us! Thanks for starting this. Height: 5'4 Beginning Weight: 142 Weight now: 125 Goal Weight: 120 maybe 115 children: 2, girl 2 1/2 yrs and boy 9 mnths Location: Keedysville, MD (middle of no where!) My Problem Areas: My "love handles", how come I don't feel very lovely with them. My thighs, and my hips!

dont feel bad about those high weights, we all got to start somewhere right? AND at least we all want to do something about it and are taking action, not just sitting on our butts!
anyway, when i was preg. i was 210 pounds! then i spent 3 yrs at 185! so i guess i shoulda posted startingweight: 185 and curent weight 147. i keep yoyoing between 147-150

My starting weight was 160 and now I am 156. I did gain weight last week and was very mad with myself. I did manage to get it back down and hopefully it keeps going from there. My goal is still holding strong at 125. That is 31 pounds. Hopefully it starts to melt off like butta. hehe.

Exercise : 50 min a day walking usually just shy of 3 miles I am
going to add some strength training in there just havent got there yet Calories : I keep only rough track but usually 1500 to 1800 someday more then others and some day a bit less but always three meals
