You should go to the doctor. I know its scary but you could have something like PCOS or ENDO where over time if it does not get taken care of can become painful. Also the longer you wait the less chances you have unfortunately fertility goes down every 5 or so years so if there is a problem you have a better chance of fighting it now. Good luck!
