I'm 19 years old and have a 5.5 month old baby. 180 was my highest during my pregnancy. I am now down to 137.5. I am a stay at home mommy, so I am tempted all day long by my cupboards and refrigerator. The only thing that works for me is that I plan my
diet ahead of time down to the very last calorie and even more importantly I stick to it! I'm the type of person who loves schedules so this really works with my personality. Also I do about half hour
cardio and half hour
