Question Somewhat a new mommy

Hi, I'm Kristen and I'm 23. I have 2 babies; my daughter is 18 months and my son is 5 1/2 months. I'm just now feeling motivated to lose weight and tone things up. Really it took me looking at old photos of myself before I got pregnant to get motivated. My pre preggy weight was 145 and I'm 5'5''. I've always been kinda curvy but I had a nice toned body before. 2 c-sections later I'm 159 lbs (after losing 6 lbs since last week). My goal is to be 145 again but I really want to get rid of my belly! I've been doing crunches everyday and using a gazelle for 20 minutes a day as well. Being mommies I know you guys understand that setting up time for a workout is pretty hard to do. My workout usually takes me about 45 minutes and I really can't do much more than that right now. My babies never seem to nap at the same time in order for me to do a longer workout. I hadn't ever exercised before I got pregnant so I don't really know what I'm doing. I kept my body in check by working all the time and doing farm work too. How is everyone getting rid of the flabby belly that your left with after the baby is gone? I'd like to ad more exercises to my routine that are more for the abs....any one have any suggestions?
