Hi..My name is Amy. I am 26 and live in GA.
I have gone up and down in weight all my life. Especially since I have been 18. I have ranged from 120-185. I am 5'4" . Right now I am at 165. And I am getting serious this time..
I have done weight watchers in the past and lost weight. Until I find a better way of doing it I will stick with that. Nutrition is so confusing.
I joined the gym last night and did my first spinning class..Whew..INTENSE! My legs were jello..And I am quite sore today.
I am hoping to lose between 30-45 pounds. I will see how my body feels at 135 and see what else I need to do.
