Cool I need some TIPS!!!!!!!!

Hi Im new here I am 5ft and weight 165 I want to lose 45 pds and boy does that seem like such an aweful lot!!!! ! Im am trying to eat healthier and work out as much as I can , I work an overnight shift so sleep dearing the day and boy dose it take a toll on you exspecially trying to find time to work out, I work from 7:30 pm to 5am and by the time I get home I am ready to fall into my bed then I usally get up around like 2 or 3 and have to get the chores doen that need to be done then its off to work I go and the 2 days a week I get off I just want to relax and SLEEP!! Does anyone now any calorie burning exercises that I could do for like 20 minutes a day that would help?? Also I was thinking of trying this weight loss pill called Xenadrine its suppose to help you lose weight with the right diet, Has anyone tried it before?? What was the side effects and does it really work?? Any advice on this will be greatlly appreceated!!!!

Welcome to our forum Babygirl! You'll find we are a supportive bunch, and you can count on us to be here for you. I know 45 pds sounds alot, myself I am trying to loose that much. You should talk to Jennifer, she's lost,65 or 70 pounds since last november!
