Yosh

Hey,

Rai here.

15 Living in london. Constant target of abuse due to my large frame and overweightness, being 92kg (from 105kg last year), with approximately 22% fat.

I've lost 13kgs thus far and almost 9% body fat. You guys are really inspirational, and I thought it was too late for me to start at 15, when I see many of you are older and with greater success stories!

My biggest problem at the moment is finding good food to eat.

and giving into my cravings once a week.

Hopefully I can get the strength to meet my target body fat % level of 12. 10% more to go!

Hi Rai,
Welcome to the WLF

Trust me, it is NEVER too late to get fit! I woke up last January, 40 years old and 102 pounds over weight. I said I wasn't going to wake up 41 and have the same amount of weight to lose. It was time to fix the problem.

Good for you for taking this time now, while you're young to build life long habits that will help ensure good health!

Congratulations on your weightloss so far!
