Question Woolong Tea

Hola!

I am very intrested to hear any input anyone might have regarding woolong tea. I am once again going through the battle of a quick need to lose 15lbs in a hurry. I had surgery 2 years back and got out of my normal routine of working out and eating healthy. I'm ready to be back but want to try the tea as a jump start along with working out and trying to eat healthier I have yet to find anything negative or bad side effects so if anyone has info I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks!

I just wanted to say hi! Personally I never heard of that tea so I don't know any benefits or whatnot. All I know is that eating healthy is the key as well as exercise. Can't go wrong that way!
