Rep Power: 0 | | | hey every1!! Well im new to this site and thought id write a few lines to say hi! Ive been looking through different threads and i think its amazing how supportive you are to each other.... i honestly think this is the best site i have come across. anyway.. my names Emma im 19 years old and im drastically looking for ways to shift about 30 pounds... ive had the determination to do it in the past and have been successful but i just cant get motivated any more.... theres always been a focus on food in my house as my sister suffers from anorexia and bulimia, i think thats why im so aware of my weight. soo.. if any one has any advice for me or wants to get in touch.. it would be lovely to hear from you. Keep up the good work guys xx |

Rep Power: 0 | | Hi, thank you for replying i really appriciate it! well the plan... havent really got one to be honest.. i guess its just going to be a case of eating as healthy as possible and sticking to 3 set meals a day.. instead of snacking in between. As for for exercise.. im hopeing to set my membership back up at a gym and aim to go 3 times a week but until then just lots of walking and sit-ups!! Has anyone got any better ideas or good advice? |

Rep Power: 9 | | | Forget the 3 square meals if you can. Work toward 5 meals per day, each about 2-3 hours apart. You'll completely boost your metabolism and ward off those snack cravings. I never believed this could work til I started. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Hey Emma, and welcome! I totally agree with Gwal. I'm sure it doesn't work for everyone... but I eat 6 times a day and try to eat 1400-1600 calories a day + exercise...and it's been working for me so far. Everybody's different though, so find what works for YOU the best, and good luck! |
