Rep Power: 11401 | | You might consider checking out FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal or Free Diet Plans at SparkPeople both are sites for tracking calories, nutrition & fitness. It's really important to be able to know exactly how much is going in and you don't want to reduce your calories too much.
