Hi Everyone-

Thought I would introduce myself since I found this site and all of you amazingly supportive people. I am a 23 year old professional. I graduated from college 2 years ago and went straight to work as an architect working on my accredidation hours so I can get my license and start my own firm. I went from being a completely active college student and dancer to a desk jockey and CAD monkey. I just recently accepted a position as a ballroom and latin dance teacher, so I am hoping the activity level will help me out.

I have started a diary to track my progress on my mission to lose a little weight and gain a healthier lifestyle. (I have a LONG history of REALLY unhealthy habits - ie. eating disorder). Now that me self/body perception is in check, I am ready to be a role model for my students, while I prove to myself that I CAN DO THIS!

I truly think that everyone on this site is extremely brave to share such intimate details, and I am hoping to give and receive support from all of you. Happy Tuesday all!!!!
