My name is Thia and I just found this forum! Its so nice to find places where people are going through what I am
About 4 years ago, I exercised 6 days a week and ate right and went from 195
pounds with 48%
body fat to 140
pounds and 29%
body fat. Then, depression hit and I went back
I am now at 185
pounds. I don't belong to a
gym where I currently live, so I don't know what my
body fat % is at the moment, but I assume it is somewhere around 48% again
I want to get back to feeling REALLY good and REALLY powerful. I look forward to reading your posts and hearing your comments!
