My name's Terri and I live in the UK. I've got 2 gorgeous little boys (29 months and 11 months old) and an excess of about 5 stone that I need to shift!
I'm going to lose it (yes, you heard me right! ) I AM going to lose it with a combination of healthy eating, exercise and sensible life changes. Well that's my plan anyway!
Seriously, I really have to do something about my weight - I've got 2 little boys to run around after and this is beco9ming increasingly difficult now. I've got things I want to do, places I want to go etc and I really feel like my weights holding me back - that's not just an excuse, it really does seem like that. For example, I really,really,really want to take up rock-climbing (amongst other things) but atm I have all on getting back from the shops!
The only one who can do anything about my weight and fitness is me I know that - but I was hoping a little support might help me on my way too.
So I'm looking forward to getting to know you better and learning from your collective wisdom!
