Help me fit into my dress!

Fisrt of all, Hi! My name's Jade. Great to meet you all. Hope all is well, and that everything is great, grand, and wonderful!
Second of all this is awesome! Can't believe there is something here like this I hope it helps!
Third (and final, because I know it's getting annoying)I need to fit into my prom dress, and brilliant me I have only 1 month and 6 days til then to actually get back into shape. I currently weigh 145 and am 5'6", but the weight is weird because I have always been physically dense, so, who knows. I have chosen the most beautiful gown in the whole entire world for my senior prom, and I want to match the beauty of my dress, and not only lose weight for prom, but keep it off, because I go through a lot of ups and downs with weight. It's not hard for me to lose weight. I don't mind lacking a few favorite treats, and most basically it's freaky but I like the feeling of being hungry, but it doesn't last for long. Anywho, any general tips, encouragement, whatever would be awesome. Let me be your puppet!

well, this is actually an easy one. Cardio, cardio, cardio. As much as your body can handle. You aren't worried about losing muscle cuz you just want to get smaller, right? I don't know what shape you are in now, but to get noticeable results in such little time, I would do about an hour/day 6 days/week ... start with light jogging and slowly work up to some heavy jogging. I would suggest a treadmill, but you may be able to go longer if you have access to an eliptical trainer
... now, the hard part - diet! I don't know what yours is like, so it's hard to make any suggestions besides stay away from the junk. Treat yourself to the good stuff once a week, and only that one day. You have to be well disapplined to get the results you want.

Good luck

I am in exactly the same boat as you! I have to drop 3 dress sizes in 9 weeks to fit into my dress for my best mates wedding (long story on why that's so ridiculous!).

I started exactly a week ago and have lost 3.2kg so far.

Just like AllCdnBoy says....diet and cardio! Try and keep all of your foods natural and fresh and steer clear of anything really salty.

Good luck!
