Hello everyone. My name is Jeff. Well, not really, but I'm really embarrassed about my situation and would like to take advantage of the anonymity that the internet offers.

To be frank, I'm disgusted with myself. I've just recently passed my all time high in weight. My clothes are tight and uncomfortable. I look terrible, and I let it all happen knowing how much I would hate it.

I've been trying to work on my weight lately and failing miserably. Last time I tried online support it worked wonders. I'm hoping it will be as effective this time.

Thanks for reading, and pardon the emo attitude. I'm just feeling crappy about myself recently and I've never been one to mince words. Any support or encouragement you can provide along the long journey ahead would be appreciated.

Let's begin! I'm off to create my daily weight loss journal.

Hi "Jeff" lol, I think a lot of us feel that way....some are just more open about it which is totally cool and kind of refreshing sometimes. I'm sure you will find lots of encouragement on this forum, so I hope you stick around. You should definitely get that diary going, that way people can go stop in, say hi, and offer some encouragement.
