As I live in Australia, we use kilos's. So that makes me 204 pounds (2.2 pounds in 1 kilo) 2.2 x 93 = 204.6 pounds.
I'll post a photo of me as I am now, and hopefully in a few months I will be proud enough to show the "new, slimmer, healthier me" . lol .
Im only using Optifast for the first few weeks to kick start my weight loss.
Then I will go on Weight Watchers.
I work out 2 hours a day, am drinking 2litres of water per day, and drinking decaf coffee.
Cheers for now
Jane

Rep Power: 0 | | | Thanks For The Welcome Hi Slimmers
Thanks for the warm welcome, and its nice to know another "Aussie" is here.
Optifast is the drinks. It was initially made for obese people that had to go for surgury, and was only available on prescription, thou its now available at any pharmacy without prescription. I think it was named something else.
Well, Im in my 2nd week and have lost 2 kilos this week.
I think this is really wonderful that we can share adivse & have somewhere to come to let others know how were doing.
Good on you all for the effort, & keep drinking plenty of water.
Cheers for now
