Hi, newbie here.

I am 25 yrs old. I have been dieting for about 2mths. My goal is too reach 125lbs, but i am finding it very hard to lose the last 10lbs. Joined this forum to try to get some advise and encouragement.

Welcome!!! the last ten lbs are often the hardest(well thats what i think lol but im on my last ten so im prolly biased lol)you should start a diary i find they help you keep on track and get support from other members!. post questions we love to answer them good luck to you and i look forwards to reading your posts

yea, definately the last pounds are definately the hardest as your body doesn't see it as much as 'extra weight' as it did before, so it struggles a lot harder to lose them. A minor adjustment to your diet will probably get you the best results ... reduce carbs a little more at night (resisting any 2 hours before bed) and maybe re-evaluate some of the foods that you eat during the day. It is definately the hardest weight to lose, but keep at it.
