Rep Power: 0 | | | A newbie I am a 27 year old who just had a awaking on her birthday a few days ago. I'm ready for a change. I'm sick of being tired, depressed, feeling like theres nothing to live for, not leaving the house, I committing myself to change be the best I know I can be. I'm doing the body for life diet and I really am enjoying it so far. I've read about alot of different diet plans but this one I feel I can do and not just make it a diet but a new way of life. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Go for it! Welcome. I am new here as well. I think the BFL plan is a good one, though I never made it through the 12 weeks. My brother did and has maintained a nice toned body since (5 years ago)...as a matter of fact, he just ran his 1st marathon a few weeks ago, and never ran at all before getting in shape. Stick with it and keep us in the loop! |

Rep Power: 10 | | | i started on the BFL too, but just went off it because i had to fly to germany for work (and am still here). I found it pretty easy to keep with the plan as it wasn't asking for too much of anything.
