Hi, just signed up in the last few minutes. Thought i should say hello and introduce myself.
Over the the last few months my weight has creeped up by about 2
stone. I've lost a few
pounds by keeping away from bread (my weakness) but have quite a way to go.
I have stopped going to the
gym (noexercise for about 3 months now) and am having trouble getting the motivation to get back into it. Started playing tennis once a week though and actually enjoyin it.
Am aiming to lose about 25
pounds and quit smoking at the same time.
