New to forums
Hi all im 29/m/fl I am really interested in getting into shape. Don't really know where to start so I will see what you guys suggest. I will read through some posts as well. Im 6 ft 4 in 270 lbs. I play softball, and thats all the excercise I get right now. I eat too much. I drink too much beer. I need to lose 40 - 50 lbs. Help!?
