This is my first time too. What do you mean 150 calories? Like 150 every few hours?

Welcome Busywomen! Weight loss can be SO frustrating! If you can tell us more details (what kind of exercise, what kind of meal plan, what foods...), then we can try to give you some good advice

what are some of your current stats

height/weight/age

Are you weighing and measuring and recording everything you're eating?
Are you doing any form of exercise currently?

Motivation is not something you find or lose, have or don't have. It is the product of how you see yourself in the world: active or passive, effective or ineffective, powerful or victimized, normal or pathological.

Hi,

Sometimes people's body's will change while still being the same weight; the weight will all come off suddenly - after the change. Have you noticed that your body preportions have changed at all? Also, consider changing up your exercize routine. I think I read somewhere that that sometimes works. Good luck!

How much water are you drinking? What time are you eating your meals? Are you drinking soda and juice?

It sounds like your stressed out about losing the weight---and believe it or not, stress can prevent you from losing it, so my first bit of advice is to try to calm yourself a bit. Weight loss is a process and it takes time---usually longer than anyone expects (sad news) but if you are diligent it will come off.

Good luck.

Hi Busy! I'm gonna go ahead and guess you meant 1500 calorie meal plan lol. I'm also gonna go ahead and say what probably everyone else will say: not much happens in three weeks, especially if you're stressing out. But I would like to suggest if you can, you should talk with your doctor and make sure you don't have hypothyroidism, because that can affect your metabolism and make it extremely difficult to lose weight.

What workout are you doing now?

Do share with us what is your height and weight. Usually it gets more hard to lose weight as you go along.
