Hello, my name is michael and i´m from sweden. I Live in a small city called Arvika. I recently discovered this site, while googleing..I have weightissues, I weigh over 120 kilos and i´m 180 cm tall...I often think of this as a big problem and it often depresses me very much.

Hi, I am a similar height and when I started in January I was the same weight as you. Now in May I am very close to breaking through that 100kg mark. Not quite there yet, but only about 1kg away.
Read around the site and you will pick up loads of tips.
My weight does depress me at times, but now that I have started loosing, I love the reaction I get from people who have not seen me for a few months.
I still have some way to go to reach my target, but if I have got this far, then I can keep going.
I managed to loose the weight and if I can do it, so can you.
