Howdy!
Hi all, I'm new here...looking forward to making new friends and giving/receiving weight loss support! Here is a little about me: I'm 25 yrs old, single, 5'4, 163lbs, in the US Air Force stationed in Washington. My problem area is the midsection for sure! I have just become motivated to lose the weight so I haven't actually set a goal yet, but I'm trying to be as realistic and healthy as possible. I can't wait to hear about all of you and to offer support! Thanks!
