Hi, I have in the past had a Weight Loss Support pal, but things happened in that persons life and she kind of drifted away. I know I always do better with a pal to write to, so I am looking for someone. I am 40 something, have two kids, work full time and get the gym in 4 times a week. I do cardio, weight lifting and yoga. I also belong to Weight Watchers and am trying to lose my last 5 pound for good! Write to me if you are in the same boat and could use a pal to remind you why you are doing this all in the first place!
