I am experimenting with
HIIT at the moment.
I have been doing steady state
cardio for a couple of months now, but reading this forum it seems like
HIIT is the way to go.
I am not sure if I am fit enough to go straight into
HIIT, so I am starting off by doing normal interval training first. This means that I do 1 minute fast and 1 minute slow rather than just medium pace for all the time.
This week I tried my first
HIIT session and it was really tough. I think I may have to build up to it first.
Give it a go, but don't over do it at first and injure yourself. If it is too much, try normal interval trainging for a couple of weeks first.
The main thing is that you are doing something.
