Myself lol

hey everyone i found this forum today and didnt get a chance to post because dh came home.

i sit back and reflect on everything thats happened in my life and i know that i used food to "help" cope with bottled up feelings... i fell in love got married and had a child.. during my whole pregnancy i had complications. ended up having my son 2 month prematurely. so lucky me i had only gained 15lbs for those 7months of being pregnant. i lost the weight quickly. but do to family problems fell in a deep depression that im FINALLY overcoming.. i started this jourey about 2months ago and im not looking back!

my highest weight was 230lbs now im down to 207lbs as of this morning! woohoo! damn right im proud of myself. ive been couting calories which has helped me alot to see what im putting in my mouth. i walk a mile everyday with my son and i use turbojam about 3 times a week..
