New to the Weightloss Forum
Im new to the weightloss forum, but I have been on the other World fitness forum for about a week or so, fairly active.

The pic, is me as of May 03, 2007, after just over a year of hard work. I am 46 years old, married 24 years, have 2 kids (18 and 22). I am here to help others and seek advice for myself in my goals as well. Hope everyone is well.
