Getting Healthy in Sk. Canada

I am a new member today, looking for ces to get some support.
I was born in Kenosha WI, and moved to SK. Canada when I was young.
I am 32, have been married for 15 yrs on July 18th.
I have 4 great & beautiful kids, 3 girls(5, 10, 14) and 1 8 yr old boy.
Hope to get to know you all soon,
