My name is Donavin, and I weight roughly 250 lbs. People are very surprised when I say my weight because I don't look like I weight that much...
I'm planning on joining the Air Force in about 8 weeks, and I'm hoping y'all could assist me with some quick ways to get into shape. Further more.
I work 5 P.M. - 3A.M.. I ride my bike home from work (4.3 miles some uphill, little downhill), and ride a bus to work. About three days ago I quit drinking soda. I've been drinking a lot of waters, and some tea/gatorade instead. I don't miss Soda much, but the bland water does get old.
I'd kinda like some cooking advice. I usually take a small bowl of salad, and a spoonful of dressing to work, and shake it up so it doesn't taste so bland. I eat bananas on my break at work.
In the morning I eat a Fruit/Nutri grain bar.. For dinner, unfortunetly, I'm so tired I usually end up eating something super unhealthy...
