hey everyone just thought i would introduce myself my name is chad and im 21. I decided its about time that i get myself in shape though i have said it a million times. im currently in school but i get out next month and im going to get a membership at the local ymca so im here now so i can learn some things from diets to routines im new to this whole thing so i have a lot to learn. Right now im about 200lbs at 5'5 with a 36 waist so i have a lot of work ahead of me. My goal is to get down to 160ish. well im looking forward to learning a lot on this forum.. thanks
i cant wait to actually get out of school and get home so i can start goin to the gym.. but for now its just start counting calories and makin a routine

well damn its been a while and i havent even really started .. but at this point im looking for a gym i was told there was a 24 hour one in my city wich would be perfect because i get outa work at 2am adn have plenty of engergy and cant sleep.. but i did find an old pic of me from about 2 years ago.. this was me at about 240lbs... now and a 2nd pic of me currently at 200.. i just wannt to get down to about 165... let me knwo waht you think..
