I do agree with you though. There is a fine line between a good looking
body with just the right build and a
body that is overly done. I thought I was the only one that thought that. Lol. Guess not. I personally don't want TONS of muscles and I also don't want to look like a figure skater. Just some definition.
As for a six pack - thats a little futher out there for me right now. I have a
weight loss goal and honestly, not sure one can focus on muscle and weightloss at the same time?
I dunno, I get really confused about the whole
Gym thing and what should be done. I did it once - but I think the person that was "helping" me was more likely hurting me in the long run.
Would be interested in your ideas and thoughts. Please do share.
