Hello all. New member here. I have recently finished my 1st Body for Life Challenge and am just starting a new one - i've lost 16 lbs so far! Hi! Congrats on finishing the body challenge! How much did you lose in those 8 weeks? You look much better at the 8 weeks mark, it doesn't look like you have that much left to lose. And I love your swimsuit.

Did you see the pics that have all 12 weeks? The ones for weeks 1-8 are a bit further down the page.
Um...I don't remember what I weighed at 8 weeks, but I know I lost the bulk of the lbs in the first 4 weeks, after that I started putting on muscle (and still lost fat) so it kinda evened out. At this point, I don't care if I lose any more weight, but I would like a little more muscle and less body fat.

does anybody use Betagen? and what do you think of it?
