Slimfast or fruit/veggies?

Hello, I have to lose ~10 pounds in 2 weeks. Would it be quicker to eat raw fruits and veggies for breakfast and lunch, then a small portion of whatever my wife cooks for dinner? Or would I lose more faster by doing the Slimfast diet?

Thanks for your advice!

Scott

Edit: I run almost every day.

why the hurry to drop 10 so quickly?

depending on your starting weight, it's a lot to lose in a short period of time... and having it stay off will be tough.

I personally am not a fan of slim fast, it's got way too m uch stuff in it that I can't pronounce and it really doesn't satisfy like real food does.

I've never tried SlimFast or anything like it, but I'd say it's a good idea to stay away from that kind of thing...it seems like it'd be the type of thing that would make you hungrier after being satisfied for a little bit. Fruits and veggies are the way to go! You'll be fuller longer and doing your body a favor.
