Well i am not sure where to start but i am a 35 yr old stay home mom.Who is overweight..i decided that i have to do something about it and hee i am.I have lost weight before and seems lkike it was easier to gain it back than it was to lose it.lol Need help from, others.I have found having friends make it easier.Cause your not alone.Well hope to get to know everyone and lose some weight also.Shelly |

For me, being at home = danger. I'm more likely to go snacking on what ever is in the fridge. Eek!

Weird that when I am bored, I go on autopilot to the kitchen. So, I am really careful what I get at the grocery store...I don't want too much temptation. I also drink a lot of water, and chew gum.
