I have made several attempts in the past to lose weight, but ultimately end up not caring and going back to eating whatever I want and not exercising.
I have recently joined a gym and am watching my fat and calories... I am also considering Weight Watchers, since that has seemed to help so many. I am hoping that this is the time it will stick. I want to be in a bikini by next summer!
