Rep Power: 4 | | | Need a Buddy:):) Hi Everyone I'm Mel, I'm new here but I L O V E It! Will someone be my buddy!!! I need some motivation and help along the way to weight freedom Im 19 and I come from a BEAUTIFUL place called NZ I've got 22kgs until my mini goal, im not sure how many pounds that is, about 50 I think! Anyone out there in the same boat as me? I'm 5'7 or 5'8 and have a mediumish body shape, trying to lose the weight through diet and exercise but I'm not the most clued up! Hope to hear from someone, anyone soon

I am also 19(almost 20) and i need to lose a good 30 pounds through diet and some exercise.. i honestly dont have that much time to exercise but im cutting back little by little on the "bad" foods!... i use to always eat at night ...real late night but i started my dieting on Monday and i havent ate since than night time (pat for me!) But anyways.. i think us sending e-mails to eachother ..or through this thread about what we each are doing to diet and etc.... We both can get through this!!
