Hi Everyone! I am looking forward to geting to know you all and finding others who deal with the same issues. I'm sick and tired of being fat and losing the same weight over and over again. This might be the support that I need to get me going again

I can bet you will find people here you both like and dislike. Some will motivate you and some may not.
But if you're keen to shift the lard, then you might want to start a diary under the journal thread and put down your thoughts and ideas and see if you can find like minded people
