Hey there everyone. I'm new here, and hopefully this will really help me out. My name is Colleen, I'm 17 years old and I'm.. over weight. I felt like I've needed to lose weight ever since I was a pre-teen and now I'm really serious about it. I'm not blinded by fake and fad diets anymore, and I'm ready to really commit myself to losing weight and being healthier. So, let's get down to business. I'm about 5'4'', 180 lbs(Not exactly sure about that. It's 03:11 and weighing myself right now wouldn't be accurate). I've always felt support would really help, and now I'm looking for it. No one really supported me when I tried to lose weight, so that was a bit discouraging. Hopefully, now, in a community where everyone is looking for a healthier lifestyle I can get the help I need.
