Hi everyone!
I'm so happy to have found this forum. My name is Caroline, I'm 29 years old (30 in December) and I live in Montreal. My goal is to lose weight and be healthier.
I'm 5'2 and for the past 7-8 years, I've weighed every weight between 95 pounds and 165 pounds. I'm currently around 136 pounds and I'd like to ultimately get down to 112, which is the weight where I feel and look the best. But for now, just getting close to 125 would be fantastic.
I really need all the support and friendship I can get and I hope I can find it here.

In anycase I've been to Montreal before.
Nice place but bumpy roads where I went.
You speak both french and english like most of em or just one language? |

Welcome to the forum! I am relatively new but have already found loads of inspiring stories and talked to tons of motivational people. This place is truly great and I think it will help you get to your goal weight. It's helping me!

Thanks for the welcome everyone! I'm still a little bit overwhelmed by this forum, it's so huge! But I think I'll like it.
CrunkChipmunk--> I do speak both English and French. French is my first language and the one I use the most in my daily life.
