Hi everyone!

I'm so happy to have found this forum. My name is Caroline, I'm 29 years old (30 in December) and I live in Montreal. My goal is to lose weight and be healthier.

I'm 5'2 and for the past 7-8 years, I've weighed every weight between 95 pounds and 165 pounds. I'm currently around 136 pounds and I'd like to ultimately get down to 112, which is the weight where I feel and look the best. But for now, just getting close to 125 would be fantastic.

I really need all the support and friendship I can get and I hope I can find it here.
