Throughout my entire life i was over weight, 4 months ago I weighed in at 5'9 186 pounds.
Completely changing the foods i eat and exercising almost daily I have lost approximately 43-44 pounds. I am now at a 142 pounds and just trying to lose the last 5 pounds of fat.
Oh right, i am 18 years old and i enjoy hanging with friends, going out, checking myself out in the mirror, and just enjoying my youth.

Haha thats cool. But yea when i was younger no one could pronounce my name and they thought it was just "said" I guess nowadays society has caught on, and the name isn't as foreign as it used to be :P

Welcome board. Sounds like you could do more teaching here than learning. I hope that you hit your 5 lb goal.
Oh yeah, do you have a full length mirror to gaze into? lol
Any way congratulations on your loss already and good luck finishing.
Later!!
Dennis
Thanks for the welcome Dennis, I hope I can do as much learning as teaching.
And Yes! I have mirrors all over my house and i enjoy looking the mirror especially after a nice long sweaty workout where my abs and muscles are nice and toned.
